It’s Festival Time
Lots of exciting things happening here for Morningside Road Fiber lately. Yellow Rose Fiber Fest was so much fun! It was great to reconnect with those I hadn’t seen in quite awhile. It was over was too quickly. Looking forward to next years event! But before that I do have another one coming up. I was honored to be included as a vendor at the International Quilt Fest in Houston upcoming this November 12-15, 2026. If you are in the area (or want to be in the area that weekend) please drop by my booth and say hi! I will be sharing my planning with you guys as it happens. Many great kits will be available during the show. Don’t worry tho if you can’t make it to the event. I will have those kits available online afterwards. I will also have some new yarn bases that I’m excited to share with you.

Welcome to a place where I hope we can all experience an amount of time, where the world fades away, and we can relax and enjoy the crafts of knitting, crochet, weaving, spinning, felting or whatever else this place inspires in you!
My hope is that you will feel inspired here to venture out and try new techniques, new crafts or just take some time to relax and let the day melt away. This site will be evolving over time as I get things put together.

The Look Book will show finished projects in Morningside Road Fiber yarns and link you to the pattern used. Maybe you will see something just outside of your comfort zone that will intrigue you to try it. Remember it is only knitting/crocheting/spinning/weaving, and an adventure never taken is a missed opportunity to grow. So take the leap and lets see how much all of us have grown next year at this time.
